Studies On Policies Supporting System Of Jilin Province's Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises Development

The paper is part of JiLin province social science foundation item that is the supporting system research on the development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises in JiLin Province.Medium and Small -sized enterprises have already become one of important strength that can't be ignored in social and economic life of countries all over the world. Meanwhile, Medium and Small -sized enterprises are also playing a very important role in promoting the local economic growth and development .In order to promote the development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises ,the governments at all level have made various policies of Medium and Small -sized enterprises one after another , and JiLin Province is no exception .For many years ,these policies have played an important role in promoting the development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises. However ,the growth of Medium and Small-sized enterprises of our province still faces a lot of obstacles at present .Analyzing the problems existing in the course of development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises ,providing the solutions from the public supporting policies ,will be helpful to the sound and rapid development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises .This paper takes JiLin Province as an example , carrying on exploratory research on the relationships between the existence and development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises and the policies of local government ,in the hope of finding out the universal laws that the government policies promote the development of Medium and Small -sized enterprises .At first ,the paper explains relevant basic theories of Medium and Small -sized enterprises development, and discusses the essentiality that the government will carry on the supporting policies to Medium and Small -sized enterprises from various angles. Then , it analyzes the actuality and existing problem of Medium and Small -sized enterprises in JiLin province, through the comparing and analyzing policies supporting system of the developed countries and regions on Medium and Small -sized enterprises. It aims at the problem exist in the development of JiLin province Medium and Small -sized enterprises and the limitation of Medium and Small -sized enterprises policies supporting system, advanced the target and principle,ways and measures of policies supporting system on JiLin province Medium and Small-sized enterprises from the point of view of government ,and establish the basic framework of policies supporting system on JiLin province Medium and Small-sized enterprises.
