| Hazard Analysis and Criticle Control Point (HACCP) which has been developped and used in the food industry is a new quality-guarantee system to assure the food safty. The paper systematically presents the fundamental theory on HACCP, incuding HACCP implication, purpose, principle, application steps, and the importance for establishing HACCP system in feed industry. Combining with the practice of feed proceesing, we analysis the hazard which happened by any possibility from raw materials, and storage, manufacture to product storage, sales. And estabished HACCP system of formula feed production. For this system is a preventive control system, compared with traditional testing system, it is more accurate and energy-saving. |
