Research On The Partner Selection Method Of The Virtual Enterprise

Along with the change in internal and external environments and the information developing, virtual enterprise has become the realistic choice of more and more companies. The virtual enterprise is a temporary union which is composed by several partners with distinct core competence. The partner selection and management immediately concern whether the virtual enterprise will be successful or not.This paper looks back the development process of virtual enterprise firstly, analyze its creation of inevitability, point out the method of traditional partner selection is a way has already no longer adapted to the changeable and indefinite competition environment at present. In the overview of domestic and international relevant research status about partner selection of the virtual enterprise in recent years, this article point out the research topic. By making use of the existing theory, firstly analyze the characteristic of virtual enterprise and the form of practice and the process of establishment, and then elaborate the partner selection of virtual enterprise has very important meaning in virtual enterprise. The paper then makes an emphasis on how to select the cooperation partners based on the problem of virtual enterprise partner selection. According to the factors and the task of VE, a three-stage model will be raised。Considering the more convenience of AHP compared with other selection methods, the article still use the AHP method to evaluate and optimize the cooperation partners, and dispose the quantitative targets in evaluation process properly. Thus, it will be easier to apply the quantitative and qualitative targets to optimize the partners in the AHP model. In the case, we use the AHP method to deal with the partner selection. The method has realistic meaning because it is simple and easy to operate.In addition, this paper analyzes other management problems existed in building VE in our country, and put forward some suggestions how to intensify the management in the virtualized process .
