With the price of Lithium increasing constantly, all the domestic producers are encountering a great chance of development. TI Company is the leading enterprise of the industry. The lithium project I has been completed and started to produce. Accompanying with the Qingzang railroad operating, TI Company is stepping into a booming period. The original compensation system is unfitted. After making a lot of researches and analysis, the writer redesigned the compensation system in order to support the new strategy.The main body of this dissertation contains three parts. The first part describes the compensation theory. The second part introduces the background of TI Company as well as analyzes the compensation system of the company. The third part is about the whole process of the compensation system redesigning. Under the guide of the Company' s strategy, we redesigned a new compensation system objectively, and realized the target of the project.According to the new compensation system, the writer chose the broad banding system as her model. Supplying the system with some important parts, the writer believed that the new system is not only a scheme of assigning, but also a way to supply some useful tools for Human Resource management.
