Nowadays, under the condition of knowledge-based economy, the core of the business enterprise competition has already been focused in the talented person's competition. Having the quantity and quality of talented person are the magic weapons that the business enterprises win victory in the competition. Therefore, to the existence and development of a business enterprise, the human resource is a factor of key. But the job advertisement is the first step of the human resource management, the main channel that obtaining the human resource and the key job that making the business enterprise produces a positive cycle. The success of the job advertisement or not relate directly to the success or failure of the enterprise.But the variety of the economy environment has already made job advertisement no longer what it was before. Under the condition of market economy, Job advertisement is already a process of double to choose to the both employee and employer. Thus enlarge the difficulty of the job advertisement. In the same time, during the period of inviting application for job, because of the inscrutable change of the human nature and the dissymmetry of information, the opportunism behavior usually will appear. This kind of circumstance express that the enterprise lacks an accurate fixed position in this game with job seeker. They blindly pursue a most excellent person, not the most one that keeping with the work. Because, in the process of this Game, how to attain the most beneficial object to the both enterprise and job seeker is the purpose of this text research.This text is aiming at the various risks that caused from information dissymmetry in the job advertisement, and is using the theories and methods of information economics to analyze job advertisement process of business enterprise. Through establishing the Game model this text will finds out the source of risk, and with this to put forward some valid methods and suggestions of solving problem.First, the information dissymmetry problem existed on the market in the modern business enterprise job advertisement will be generally analyzed. This text builds up a Mathematics model to analyze the various factors that influence employee's moral hazard activity, and finds out the valid measure of decreasing moral hazard activity.Secondly, the model of effectively resolving various job advertisement problem of information dissymmetry is described. According to the classification of information economics model that resolves the information dissymmetry problem, this text will make use of geometrical method to analyze the Spence's labor market model.Then, use the Rothschild and Stiglitz's model of information discrimination to Carry on analysis to the business enterprise job advertisement's Wages contract. In the meantime, the Function of interview's valid information discrimination and how to obtain information with interview will be discussed.The biggest special feature of this text is that the theory and reality is combined very closely. This text isn't a pure introduction of the theories and model of information economics, also not the realistic way of job advertisement field, but is first to carry on economics analysis to the job advertisement market's information dissymmetry problem from the theories level, then put forward a concrete suggestion according to the analysis and conclusion of the theories model. In addition, this text returned in some aspects to try to make innovation, mainly including:1. for the further confirmation of serious degree of the market Information dissymmetry problem from the theories, this text builds up a moral hazard model by oneself, and the various factor that influence the moral hazard activity will be analyzed.2. While analyzing the model of the moral hazard activity, the interview's function of recognizing information will be discussed in detail. In the meantime, this text combined with the actual job advertisement case of the business enterprise analyzes the information discrimination function of no leadership group discussion and the probation period System. The innovation of these aspects also constituted the characteristics of this text differing from Past study.
