The Research Of Shandong Urban Competitiveness And Development Model

With the development of economic globalization and integration of regional economics of the world, the competition of attracting resource among different countries and areas is fierce day by day. And the competition has developed from the urbans to the urban agglomerations day by day .So the status of cities in the country and regional economy is more and more outstanding. To find out the cities'current situation, advantages in sufficient and development potentiality, to structure an integration of regional economy development model to promote its competitiveness, to distribute resource rationally ,and to avoid waste, are very practical.In the article we discuss the urgency of raising urban competitiveness under the realistic back grounds of international and domestic. By the theoretical research and positive analysis, a group of urban competitiveness evaluation index system and the mathematics model of factor analysis are set up. The urban competitiveness of Shandong urban agglomeration are appraised on the basis of quantitative analysis by SPSS software, the countermeasures of promoting its urban competitiveness are put forward.The analysis results of this article indicate that Qingdao, Jinan and Yantai have stronger urban competitiveness in the seventeen center city, but the others urban competitiveness is little low. So the total urban competitiveness of Shandong urban agglomeration is not strong compared to Shanghai and Guangzhou urban agglomeration. However, we are also glad to find that all the cities develop their advantages to gather and scatter regional resource and energy, to turn into and radiate wealth, to drive the whole Shandong province and peripheral areas development as the regional center.Furthermore, according to the analysis results, we build up the development model of improving Shandong urban agglomeration competitiveness. We should firmly regard Qingdao, Jinan and Yantai as the regional center, exert fully their leader action. Every city competes, cooperates, coordinates and supplies its advantages to each other to improve its urban competitiveness and the whole development level.
