Competitiveness Of The Tourism Environment In Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

Tourism is a strategic industry, which gets local government's attention for its low resource consumption and good overall efficiency. Currently, the competitiveness of the tourism industry is a hot issue of academics at home and abroad, while the competitiveness of the tourism environment is a very important aspect of the research. With proposing low-carbon economy and low-carbon tourism, the research of tourism environment competitiveness becomes increasingly important.This thesis mainly covers the following aspects:①Introduction: Four parts, proposing questions, the significance of the study, the methods and techniques of the study and the status of the study, are presented.②Basic Theory: This thesis presneted the concepts of urban agglomeration and tourism environment, introduced the theoris of comparative advantage, Porter's Diamond Theory, tourism environmental capacity and bearing capacity theory, which play a supportive role of this paper.③Model and index system of urban agglomeration tourism environment competitiveness: This thesis presented the concept of the tourism environment competitiveness, tourism environment competitiveness evaluation model and urban agglomeration tourism environment competitive index system.④Assessment of the peninsula tourism environment competitiveness: In accordance with the index system, Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration, Shandong and the other nine cities, Shandong peninsula and PRD urban agglomeration are evaluated separately in aspect of the interval and inter-district tourism environment competitiveness.⑤Corresponding approach to the development of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration tourism is put forward.Main innovative features of the thesis:①The evaluation model of the tourism competitiveness and the evaluation model of environmental competitiveness are introduced into the competitiveness of the tourism environment, the competitiveness of the tourism environment evaluation model is build;②The present study of tourism environment competitiveness are mostly of individual cities, this thesis attempts to expand the scope to urban agglomeration. The inter-district comparison between Shandong peninsula and PRD urban agglomeration was made;③This thesis builds the tourism environment competitiveness evaluation model, empirical study to the selected urban agglomeration is carried out, it provids reference for the evaluation of the tourism environment in other urban agglomerations, which has practical significance.
