Countermeasures For Accelerating The Development Of Chinese Modern Logistics Industry

With the rapid development of the world economy and the progress ofmodern science and technology, the logistics industry, which is considered tobe"thedarkcontinentoftheworldeconomy"andthethirdsourceofprofit,isdevelopingrapidlyaroundtheglobeinthe21stcentury.Since the concept of logistics was introduced in our country in the late1970s, Chinese logistics industry has made rapid development. But incomparison with the developed countries, there is still a big gap in manyaspects such as ideas, technology and equipment, etc. It is extremely urgentto take effective measures to promote Chinese modern logistics industryhealthy, rapid and sustainable development. Based on the scientific definitionof the concept of modern logistics, this thesis summed up the basiccharacteristics that Chinese modern logistics industry should have, analyzedthe strategic significance of accelerating Chinese modern logistics industry,reviewed the history of the development, cleaned up the status ofdevelopment, summarized the achievements and the lack of our logisticsindustry, analyzed the favorable conditions and constraints in speeding upChinesemodernlogistics industrydevelopment.Onthebaseofanalyzingthe successful development experiences of United States, Japan, Europe and thenew trend of logistics development all around the world, this thesis putforward some countermeasures for accelerating the development of Chinesemodern logistics industry. The countermeasures were put forward from thefollowing aspects: establishing a scientific concept of logistics, makingrational development planning, creating a good environment of system,improving the level of technical and equipment, promoting the developmentof the third-party logistics, improving the level of informatization andstandardization, paying more attention to theoretical research and trainingintellectsandmakinggooduseofassociations.
