Today, sustainable development and environmental protection have deeply influenced the development plans in every district. They have become the operating rules and objectives of the "economy—environment—society " complex systems. Regional Environmental Assessment is an important measure to implement sustainable development and environmental protection,guide regional development activities.The thesis introduces the concept of sustainable development into regional environmental assessment, and gives a new connotation to the traditional regional environment assessment. First, the paper studies the basic theory of environmental impact assessment and the related theories of regional sustainable development. Then, according to the current situation of the regional development, it preliminarily studies the environmental impact of the regional development of ShengLi industrial park from the two dimensions of the industrial park and the district of DongYing. According to the analysis of environmental impact and the current situation of the regional development, the paper builds a scientific and reasonable REA indicator system for ShengLi Industrial Park, and then analyzes the index weights of the indicator system by the method of AHP. Finally, by using the of method multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper applies the REA indicator System, evaluates and analyzes the sustainable development ability of regional environmental system in ShengLi Industrial Park. Meanwhile, on the basis of analysis above, this thesis also analyzes problems existing in the regional environment system and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
