Initial Analysis On Garment Consumption Upgrade In China

By using many years'data of taiwan's garment consumption, we have a conclusion about garment consumption upgrade in Chinese mainland that is the eastern advanced cities will accomplish the upgrade in 2020 or so ,and the money consuming garment will increase every year but the quantity is up and then down and stable ,after that still get down and stable. Because there are great gaps in Chinese different areas, especially in city and country, the upgrade will be completed firstly in eastern advanced cities then other cities then eastern advanced countries and at last other countries. The Chinese textile and garment industry needs basing itself upon domestic consumption and upgrade to accommodate the consumption upgrade, so this paper narrates the present situation and problems of Chinese textile and garment industry, and at last puts up some suggestions of upgrading the industry ,like setting famous make up ,by referring to the advanced countries in textile and garment.
