The Analysis Of Companies' Human Capital Value Evaluation Based On EVA

So far, the theory of human capital has made a lot of achievements, but it also has many problems. At present, it is human capital value evaluation that we should pay more attention to. In China, companies haven't realized the importance of human capital value evaluation, and ignored their true value to some degree. So the result is that many problems appeared, and then it's harmful to companies'administration and development. Meanwhile, it also prevents from the development of human capital theory and other theories. In this paper, we hope that our method of human capital value evaluation could give companies some advice.This paper, by reviewing previous theories, analyzes the methods of traditional human capital value evaluation, then put forward my opinion. We believe that the index of EVA could embody the essence of human capital better. Applying this, we create a system of the human capital value evaluation, and put it into a case. Finally, we conclude that our method is effective to evaluation of the human capital.
