Research On Strategy Of Information Companies In Taiwan To Avoid The Decline

From the establishment to the successful operation, enterprises should continuously adjust business strategy and operational measures, gradually develop a successful business way, and eventually become recognized models. While enjoying the fruits of that success, all enterprises fell the rapid change of external environment, but they are often constrained in the past and do not want any changes, thereby losing the opportunity to develop themselves. If we can study the reasons for enterprises'poor manage, it will help enterprises to remember the experience of failure, train competitive advantages and maintain contingency flexibility in the future to enable it to a more open competition environment, which is motives of this study.This paper is based on Donald N. Anchor "successful formula" in 1999 and the theory of action inertia. Through interviewing with experts in industry, academic and government, we discuss literatures related to enterprise management and analyses the decision-making inertia so as to sum up the action inertia trap model. This model is used to explain the reasons for the failure of decision-making for enterprises'future self-evaluation.
