With the international market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, more and more enterprises are introducing new types of management methods for organization change in order to win sustainable competitive advantage. Because action learning has the advantage of wide adaptability and high flexibility, domestic and foreign enterprises are keen on apply action learning. But, According to research results, in the course of implementing action learning for most of domestic enterprises, there are certain gaps between domestic and foreign enterprises even though domestic enterprises obtain some achievements by adopting action learning. This paper puts "The empirical research on building supporting system to make enterprises carry out action learning efficiently" as the subject. This paper applies the method of combining theories with practice and establishes the supporting system which affects the effect of action learning in order to achieve the results that our domestic enterprises can conduct the action learning effectively and universal to make this research valuable for enterprises. The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Firstly, this paper use the method of case study to analysis the enterprises which carry out action learning.The differences of the process of launching action learning between enterprises aren’t apparent, but the critical issues which affect the effect of action learning significantly lie in whether supporting measures are applied reasonably. This paper builds the support system of action learning on the basis of sorting out and concluding the supporting measures the enterprises often use, which is also the innovative points of this paper.2. This paper establishes the evaluation model of action learning supporting system by Analytic Hierarchy Process which is the member of comprehensive assessment. So it helps analysis the importance of affection of the effect of action learning for twelve elements in three systems such as staff system, technology system and organization system in order to providing feasible suggestions so that our domestic enterprises can carry out action learning effectively.3. In order to investigating the effect of implementing action learning for domestic enterprises and the situation of applying supporting system, the chapter five of this paper launch empirical study for Shenyang X construction enterprise in order to analysis the effect of action learning. Firstly, this paper introduces the process of launching action learning which last three days in X enterprise. Secondly, this paper analysis the effect of action learning that X enterprise obtained. Thirdly, this paper studies the reason why X enterprise can’t achieve the expected goal.At the same time, elevating the effect of applying action learning supporting system, this paper come up with the flaws and inadequacies in the process of action learning. At last, this paper provides suggestions and strategies so that X enterprise can carry out action learning effectively in the future.
