The industry of mobile communication in China grows rapidly in recently years. With the development of mobile communication technology, 3rd generation mobile communication (3G) was got more attention. The usage for 3G technology is not only the renovation for technical level but also the opportunity and challenge on policy operation service requirement and etc. level for communication service provider. The advantage competition situation for communication service provider will be totally modified. Based on China Mobile Communication Company this treatise makes the analysis on the competition environment for area of China Mobile Communication, makes the research on the collectivity and functional strategy. The structure for the treatise: Chapter 1: Summary of theory, The introduction for the theory of enterprise competition strategy and the key point of competition. This is the basic theory for future analysis. Chapter 2: According to the usage of 3G technology this chapter makes the industry environment analysis on the macro-environment of China Mobile Communication Service Providers, it depends on Politics, Law, Economy, Society, Science and etc. Chapter 3: The Baud theory was used for making the analysis of enterprise competition structure for China Mobile Communication Company. The method of SWOT is used. Chapter 4: Make the analysis of competition for China Mobile Communication Company which under the 3G technical background. Chapter 5: Based on the analysis from chapter 1 to chapter 4, The total incorporate & diversity China Mobile enterprise strategy was provided under 3G back ground. And also the choice of functional strategy was described for China Mobile Communication Company from Market-Sale, Enterprise-information, Human-Resource Management, Finance-Management area.
