The Chinese mobile communications industry people expect 3G services to more open. Then the 3G era of China Mobile competing in all aspects of how changes in relations? What kind of competitive environment did China Mobile in? This paper analyzes the following two aspects: one is the 3G industry chain operators competing with the various aspects of the relationship, the other is the competitive environment of China Mobile. These two issues, namely the angle from the vertical and horizontal ,search for 3G era of the development status of China Mobile. Analysis of operators competition and cooperation strategies in the 3G era. As the access to 3G telecommunications market, operators have priority, there are strong or weak strength of the points, so it decided to competitive strategy will be as time goes on change. In this paper, an integrated on the basis of previous research results, first use the theory of industrial value chain analysis of 3G industry chain to explore in the 3G industry chain the China Mobile should be how to adjust the competing relationship, followed by the use of PEST analysis, Porter Five Forces Analysis model and SWOT analysis to analyze the China Mobile in the 3G era in which competition in the market environment .The ultimate according to China Mobile in the 3G era in which competition in the market made a certain amount of competing strategies and ideas.
