Applied Research On Tourism Management Speciality With Dual Education Mode

With the development of tourist industry, the scale of tourism education enlarged greatly, and it also took on many problems, such as shortage of highly qualified persons with innovative ideas. As a matter of fact, relation between tourism management supply and demand is incompatible. The key part of developing tourism is to improve the education quality, exchange education model and foster various special persons adapting to the current situation.Dual education mode, namely double track education, formed based on the traditional apprentice training mode in Germany over one hundred years. Vocational school is one side of dual education mode, where we can learn civilization and basic theory, and on the other hand, corporations undertake vocational skill training. They are combined together to complete education mission, so call it as dual education mode. Dual education mode is a successful teaching mode oriented to market and social requirement, which accelerate economic development in Germany.At present, tourism education comes into a new seedtime. Great development of occupation education has great impact to the qualificatory education. Some colleges have introduced dual educational mode and carried through innovation exploringly. Against this background, tourism higher education should not magnify the difference between vocational education and qualificatory education, and tourism institutions of higher learning ought to absorb some advanced experience to boost teaching mode reformation.Many researching methods have been used in this paper, such as finding literatures, making visits, gathering questionnaires and so on. The characteristics of dual educational mode and its applicability were analyzed systematically and scientifically, the main point is to make colleges and universities get elementary realization about it. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of performing this mode in tourism management specialty were discussed. At the base of investigating applied actuality of the dual educational mode in tourism management teaching, some existent problems were brought forward, and localization of dual education mode was also discussed. At last, some conclusions were gained through deeper analysis, also the realistic plans and measures of which is the focus of my work has been put forward. Germany's dual educational mode is valuable for us to study. During its practice,enterprise,school and country should take their respective duties, so that we can develop our education to its full mature.
