Research On Changing The Mode Of Economic Growth In Inner Mongolia

Changing the mode of economic growth is the necessary requirement for accelerating economic rate, improving economic quality and increasing economic benefit, strengthening the stamina for economic development, and bringing about the overall, coordinate and sustainable development of economic society. In the Tenth Five–Year period, the national economy in Inner Mongolia has gained sustainable and rapid development and the comprehensive economic actual strength has enhanced significantly. But there remain quite a lot problems in the process of economic growth in Inner Mongolia, such as low–level resources comprehensive utilization, unreasonable economic structure, serious environmental pollution, etc. The author believes that the key way to resolving these problems lies in changing the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia based on implementing and carrying out the scientific development view.The main idea and the writing thought of the paper is : On the base of the forerunners'theories of the economic growth and the mode of economic growth, under the background of the raise of the issue on changing the mode of economic growth in our country, and under the guidance of the scientific development view, the article analyses the current situation and the restrictive factors of the change, and a conclusion comes that it is an inevitable choice for the economic development of Inner Mongolia in the future accomplishing the change of the mode of economic growth and insisting on the way of intensive economic growth under the guidance of the scientific development view. The article lastly puts forward some approaches which are beneficial to the change of the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia combining the environmental conditions of regional resources in the process of economic growth in Inner Mongolia.The thesis is made up of four parts. The first part includes the forerunners'research achievements of the economic growth and its mode, the background of the raise of the issue on changing the mode of economic growth in our country, the connotation, and the major contents of changing the mode of economic growth. The second part analyses the current situation of changing the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia combing its environmental state of regional resources in the process of its economic growth . The third part generalizes and sums up the main restrictive factors in the process of changing the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia, including that the out–dated ideas, the incomplete market system, the imperfect institutional system, the backward science and technology development level, the lack of talent resources, and the weak capability of the corporations'independent innovation is the restrictive spiritual, institutional, key, important, and micro factor in the process of changing the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia. The fourth part puts forward some approaches, including that breaking the ideological constraints and updating the ideological concepts, accelerating the industrial structure to optimize and upgrade ,deepening the economic system reform, strengthening the cultivation of talent ranks and making great efforts on training more personnel of modernization, based upon technological advance, promoting the corporations'capability of independent innovation, and economizing resources and developing recycling economy is the premise, the important content, the systematic guarantee, the important pivot, the key point, and the inevitable road to accomplish the change of the mode of economic growth in Inner Mongolia.
