As the market economic system in our country perfects gradually, more and more Chinese enterprises have recognized that human resource is the first resource in enterprises, and performance management is the core of human resource management. Effective performance management is the strength which could condense the passion and arouse the creativity of employees, meanwhile, it is also the effective approach that promotes the management of enterprises.At the present, for the major enterprises, it is not sufficient for them to know the effect of performance management, take performance appraisal equals to performance management, they cannot put the performance appraisal in the whole performance management, and make the appraisal system be lack of the effect of the encourage and urgement; the same time, though some enterprises have established performance management system and implemented effectively, but it cannot really improve the organization performance because the appraisal content is much too broad and away from the strategy, therefore, if performance management can be associated with the strategy of enterprise, establish a suit of performance management system which serves the strategy, then will make the activities of each department , teamwork and employees accord with the strategy and objective of enterprise, it is of great significance for the enterprise to promote the competition.The article has conducted systematic summary on the theory of performance management, take Xin Ming Beer Limited-liability Company as an objective enterprise, have described and analyzed the existing situation and problems of performance management, take the general performance appraisal theory as the guide, to combine method of management by objectives, balance scorecard, performance index method of the key on KPI these appraisal expertise, and Mckinsey proportion method of the moon graph, have designed each rank of KPI of Xin Ming Company. Furthermore, put forward constructive suggestions on its appraisal method, appraisal index and distribution of proportion.
