As the means to achieve enterprise strategic objectives and the core competitiveness, Strategy Performance Management is more and more applied to the management practice. In this paper, According to the realities of power enterprise performance management, the author proposed the strategic performance management tools and methods and took it as the guiding principle to constructing"Three levels key performance indicator system". Determining critical business success factors, key performance indicators, the author innovatively used the combination of Balanced Scorecard and performance prism. At the same time, using business processes, the key drivers to decompose and determine the departments key performance indicators; using departments business processes and job responsibilities to decompose and determine the posts key performance indicators. |
