Management consulting industry has developed for thirties years at China.There are 34243 cooperation and 45.6 people that participate in this industry until 2007.This business is developing fast with China economy's growing.McKinsey,Roland Berger,Boston,PW,Anderson,KPMG,Gallup,DDT and AT Kearney have come into China and develop their business.Adfaith has been built at 1992 and business has included management consulting,marketing research and commercial risk management.It has built branches at Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chongqing.It has over 1000 employee until 2011 and get the qualification from the Asia develop bank and the world bank.Adfaith has been the first group at management consulting industry when it faced how to make strategy and build a performance system to suit to the strategy system.This work scan the developed history of the management consulting company inside or outside and analyze Adfaith environment that contain PEST,the value chain of the industry,the competing station.Then scan Adfaith inner station that contains company's history,organization resource,human resource,the value chain.The writer give five strategy key points that about brand,human resource,research,business developing and knowledge system.Then the writer make Adfaith performance index of company,department,post with the balanced scorecard.Now we have a strategy performance system of Adfaith to make sure Adfaith can achieve his strategy goal.At the last the writer gives some suggestion to use the performance system.
