Study On The Mine Construction Plan And Resources Comprehensive Optimization

In recent years, China has had rapid economic development, increased energy consumption intensity, and tight intendancy for coal and electricity supply, so energy has became the bottleneck of the development of the national economy. In order to meet the rapid demand of the rapid economic development for energy, a large number of coal mines have made production with ultra production capacity and many mines have been built and expanded by coal enterprises. Because the mines don't directly generate entities, people often ignore mine construction plans and resources, the importance of optimization of costs, which not only delays the construction period, but also wastes resources and raises the construction costs.This paper, according to the weak points of PERT network plan and the Sima Coal Company's"key technology research of large-scale mines'rapid building of mines"project, figures the time parameters by MC simulation method and determines the plan period. It is considered that the plan period is determined by random variables of each task's time duration and this paper raises the key probability concept which thinks that the largest line of the key probability is item key line. Through the structure decomposition of mine building in Sima Coal Mine Co. Ltd., the drawing of mine-construction network diagram with different programs, and calculation the project quantity in key lines with different programs, the construction plan should be optimized. Then, we make the elaboration and decomposition of the optimized plan, estimate related time parameters, perform MC simulation with Crystal ball—the plug-in unit of Excel, calculate time parameters and related degree of different tasks and routes to determine the mine construction period and key route, program initial mine construction plan and resource dynamic map. Also, we have researched the optimization method of balanced resource, derived resource optimization discriminate, and have made the optimization of balanced resources of mine initial plan in Sima Coal Company.The traditional time and cots optimization is under the guideline of lowest cost to minimize the total cost of the mine construction. The usage of time and cost optimization with simple compression method does not consider the economic benefits brought by early production and production completion. The establishment of duration cost optimization model of mine construction net income and the solution according to the reality of Sima Coal Company has great value of application.
