Study On The Land Utilization Structure Optimization On Pingba County Based On Land Resource Ecological Security

Currently, being confronted with so many ecological security problems such as soil and water loss, soil erosion, Land desertion, debris flow and so on, land resources ecological security in China has become increasingly sharp. How to solve land resources ecological security problems has become the foreland task in land resources continuable utilization study. Oriented by ecological security, structure optimization and security pattern of land utilization is a effective channel to solve land resources ecological security problems.The western provinces of China, in existence with a lot of land resources ecological security problems is a weak strip and is also the source of the great river. In the condition of ecological security, academic community study on land utilization structure optimization is weak in these areas. Pingba couty in GuiZhou altiplano, provided with advantaged entironment and benign social economical condition, is a major agriculturecounty and one of the industry optimized deployment areas in GuiZhou Province all through the ages, and it is also a basilic ecological protection area on the upper reaches Yangtze River valley. In recent Years, along with the intensivation of developing western provinces of China policy, social economics in Pingba county develops lickety-split. However, because land resources ecological security problems are not solved availably, then a series of ecological security problems appeared and they affect badly the security of middle and lower Yangtze River, study on land resources ecological security problems in Pingba county has theory and practice importance.This paper mianly consists of five sections:The first section: mainly expatiating the study meaning,domestic and overseas study dynamic, study content, study methods;The second section: brief introduction by using land utilization data in the year 1996-2004 in Pingba County in GuiZhou Province from natural aspect and social economical aspect; using land utilization data from the year 1996 to 2004 to analyse current structure and dynamic variety characteristic of land utilization and opens out problems on it;The third section: using synthetical index to evaluate land resources ecological security from the year 1996 -2004 in Pingba county, and obtained ecological menace estate in 2004 of land resources ecological security ;The forth section: basing grayer linear programming former on ecological security by considering ecological security in target function and restriction condition and conceiving three types of land utilization structure optimization blue prints in the year 2020 in Pingba County;The fifth section: summing up the fruit of the paper study, nailing down the lackness of the paper and further study area where needed.
