Study On Land Ecological Security Evaluation And Land Utilizaton Optimization In Laiyuan County

With our country industrialization,urbanization develop accelerating, the the breadthand depth of land use is expanded constantly,the contradiction between human andland,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environmentprotection is extrusive,and land ecological system is more and more fragile.Landecological security research has become the current hot topic. Although the relatedresearch is unceasingly thorough, but it is still in the early stages related researchmethods are not many, the evaluation theory is still in the exploratory stage, theevaluation index system, the method is still a difficult problem in the study.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign related research,this paper takingLaiyuan Taihang Mountain mining County as an example, using RS and GIS technologyto extracte and analyze the land ecological security factors of topography andlandform,vegetation coverage,geological disasters,landscape pattern,combined with thePSR framework model which is widely used in current ecological securityevaluation,construct the evaluation index system of land ecological security based onselect respectively18factors which close to land ecological safety from the pressure,state, response three aspect, taking30×30m grid as evaluation unit, using the indexweights are determined by AHP, to evaluate and analyze the land ecological securitysituation in the region. Finally, according to the results of evaluation, puts forward themeasures and countermeasures of optimizing land utilization. Conclusions are as follows:Discusse the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of land ecologicalsecurity.Analyze.the situation of land use, topography and landform,degree of geologicaldisasters,vegetation coverage, landscape pattern index in Laiyuan County based onRemote sensing data, DEM data, land use data and thematic data,using the GIStechnology.Construct the evaluation index system of ecological security of land in LaiyuanCounty from the land ecological system pressure,the natural environment and socialresponse three aspect and18indexes were selected to based on the PSR model,usingAHP to determine the weight of each index.Analyse the18factors respectively which affect the ecological security of Laiyuan county land,discuss ecological security situation in single factors influence and make thedistribution map of each factors, reflecting the Laiyuan county land ecological securitysituation directly and rapidly.Through the grid overlay analysis in ArcGIS9.3,obtained the pressure index spatialdistribution of land ecological security evaluation,the condition index spatial distributionmap of land ecological security evaluation,the response index spatial distribution map ofland ecological security evaluation, finally obtained the land ecological security levelspatial distribution map of Laiyuan county. The results show that, the overall situationof land ecological security in Laiyuan county is in a relatively safe state, more safety andlight alarm state land area are737.86km2and434.94km2,the proportion are30.35%and17.89%. the serious warning and alarm status of land ecological security are468.25km2and429.35km2, the proportion are19.264%and17.66%. And land in a safe state area isat least, for360.79km2, the proportion is only14.84%.According to the comprehensive evaluation of ecological security of LaiyuanCounty, combined with the actual situation in Laiyuan county. The plan means, economicmeans, legal means, administrative means and technology means5kinds control modeare proposed. And propose policy recommendations from5aspects:the compilate landecological function regionalization, the implement land ecological protection planning;formulate cultivated land protection policy, improve the productivity of cultivated land;implement ecological construction project, improve the status of soil and water loss;control industrial "three wastes", improve land ecological environment; improve landecological construction investment, establish ecological compensation mechanism,inorder to provide a reference for the land healthy development of Laiyuan county.
