The Effects Of The Green Barriers On The Agricultural Product Exportation In Guangdong And The Countermeasures

In recent years, agricultural product exportation and agricultural internationalcompetitive power in Guangdong Province experience heavy losses for the influence ofthe green barrier. Therefore, how to confront the stern challenge of the green barrier andgive the theory explanation and countermeasure is important realistic topic which is worthstudying earnestly. This article discusses the connotation, the type, the trend ofdevelopment, the nature and the characteristic of the green barrier in the base of referringto the related literature and the existed theory achievement, and then point out thecorresponding countermeasure proposal. It is hoped that it can help the GuangdongProvince solute the green barrier and develop the export-oriented agriculture.This article uses the industrial economics, the trade economic and the sustainabledevelopment principle of economics, in the base of the collecting massive correlation data.It will collaborate the Qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, the theoryresearch with the real-proved research, the case analysis with the general analysis, so as tosystematically research the relative questions about the agricultural product internationaltrade and green barrier in Guangdong Province.This article has five chapters. First chapter is the introduction. It include researchbackground and topic's significance, domestic and foreign research tendency, researchmentality, main research content and research technique, as well as the possibleinnovation of research. Second chapter is the elementary theory. It elaborated the meaning,the type and the trend of development of the green barrier, and explained the nature andtheory foundation of the green barrier. Third chapter is the real-proved research in the baseof the agricultural product export in the Guangdong Province. It mainly analyzed thenegative influence of the green barrier to the agricultural product exportation inGuangdong Province. Fourth chapter is the reason analysis. In the base of the preambletheory and real-proved analysis, it discussed the deep reason why Guangdong Provinceexperiences the green barrier from different international- domestic angle of view anddifferent subjective -objective layers. On the one hand, the green barrier is thecontamination of export agricultural products caused by a series of domestic microscopicfactors; On the other hand, the trade protection of developed country also can hardlyabsolve. Fifth chapter is the countermeasure and suggestions. It proposed policy, measures and suggestion of breaking green barrier and the healthy development of agriculturalproduct export industry in Guangdong Province according to the former researchachievement.
