In a hyper-competition industry of meat products, an enterprise must make its strategic decision if it want to be successful in market and hold competitive advantages over opponents. The implementation of competitive strategy relies on the dynamic environmental factor and those inner capabilities and resources which doom to affect the possible strategic choices.The paper starts with the analysis of environment which include several factors that may have some effects on the meat products manufacturing companies, such as macroeconomic factors, market demands, market channel, competition extend and the behaviors of main rivals. The PEST method, five forces competition model are utilized to do the general analysis of these factors while the opportunities and threats are conclude based on the discussion above. In the second part of the paper, the inner environment which includes product facilities, marketing resources, financial resources, research and development resources and intangible assets are appraised to summary the inner advantages and weak. The last section the paper aims at the choice of proper strategy and the implementation approach of the strategy which depends on brand policy, marketing mix, innovation guideline and the supporting activities need to push the strategy though.
