Study On ISR Strategic Alliance Construction In The Industrial Cluster

Industry-study-research (ISR) takes advantage of different social labor division, the scientific research, the education, and the production, to coordinate and integrate their functions and resources. It is also the docking and the coupling in the technical innovation. ISR accords with the lastly rules for social productivity development and technical innovation. However, there exits many disjoints among the industry, study, and the research, and it leads to lower conversion rate for research results. In the thesis, we qualitatively estimate the present situation for the ISR cooperation, and find out the reasons. The thesis also proposes the effective strategic alliance and construct countermeasure to compromise the relationship between enterprises, colleges, and institutes. As a result, we suggest some advices for them to vitalize the maximum advantages, and promote the international competition.The thesis defines the ISR strategic alliance based on correlation theories and practices, and emphasized the significances of ISR strategic alliance by the historical induction and the systematic methodology. The originalities of the thesis are 1, to analyze the effects of constructing ISR strategic alliance to develop the economy and society; 2, to propose the characteristics of the ISR strategic alliance of the industrial cluster based on the present ISR cooperation mode; 3, to suggest the advices on constructing and selecting ISR strategic alliance.The thesis divides into eight chapters: chapter one introduces the aim, the significance, the background, and methodology; chapter two analyzes the effects of ISR strategic alliance on the economy, the society, the alliance organization, and the cluster development; chapter three comprehensively summaries the modern ISR mode; chapter four proposes the industrial cluster's ISR strategic alliance mode and its characteristic; chapter five analyzes the factors in constructing and selecting the industrial cluster's ISR strategic alliance; chapter six suggests some, advices in constructing practical ISR strategic alliance; chapter seven gives a demonstration research to construct Jingdezhen ceramics industry cluster's ISR strategic alliance; chapter eight is the conclusion.
