The Evolution Process Of Thousand-island Lake Tourism Destination And Its Mechanism Research

As the fast development of domestic tourism, the lake tourism as a new form of tourism has become more and more popular for tourists, incorporating sightseeing, taking lake sports, recreation and fishing, food and beverage, yacht leisure and lakesides holiday for represent. There are 20,000 lakes in China, traveling to develop or preparing to develop under way among them of have up to thousand. Lake tourism is the important part in tourism industry of china. The research of resort life cycle is involved with a great variety of destination in our country. However, the research of the lake destination is rare. The theory of resort life cycle provides a convenient but viable thought for evolving of destination. The theory gives a foundation to the tourism industry in their strategy decision. Therefore, research development course of destination based on the theory of resort life cycle, and analyzing its life cycle stage and looking for approach to effective control. For carry out the farsighted development have very important theories value with actual meaning. Taking thousand-island Lake as an example, this article analyses characteristic of resort life cycle about the destination of lake and generalizes the main factor of influencing the evolution process of thousand-island lake tourism destination based on the theory of resort life cycle.This article consists of 5 chapters. In chapter One, the author introduces research backgrounds, main contents, research methods. In chapter Two, summarizes the study progress on lake tourism both home and abroad and indentifies differences between them from the following four aspects: idea of development, tourism market, tourism product and the entironment. In chapter Three, using resort life cycle theory, the paper analyses the evolution process of thousand-island lake tourism destination. Case study indicates that thousand-island Lake has already walked through exploration stage; involvement stage, development, and mature stage of will be ideal evolving stage. In chapter Four, this article analysis of main factors of resort life cycle about the evolution process of thousand-island lake tourism destination: tourism resource, location conditions, traffic conditions, social economic conditions, government ' s policy, external investment, tourism products, marketing tactics, bursting factors and so on. In chapter Five, based on the summary, the main achievements as well as limitation and further research are put forward.
