Study On Our Country Enterprises' Technological Learning In Joint Venture With Multinational Corporations.

Global foreign direct investment (FDI) has become a dominant force in driving the world economy. Multinational Corporations are the main carriers of FDI, technology transfer as well as technology innovation. With China's entry into the WTO and the in-depth development of its open economy, our enterprises can succeed only if it can effectively manage innovation and integrate its resources. All this depends on the technology advantages. How to acquire the needed technology and how to improve technology competences of enterprises are the subjects that must be dealt with both in theory and in practice.First, we discuss our country enterprises'problem in joint venture with multinational corporations and in the cooperation with multinational corporations. Next, we discuss the multinational corporations'technology transfer's general model based on the technical study and thorough analysis the influence factors of technology transfer and technological learning. And we discuss the enterprises'technological capability and technological learning pattern. Taking the developing nation's t technological capability's evolution as the basic cadre, we propose the basic leaning pattern of our country enterprises'technological capability. Then, we concretely discuss our country enterprises'technological learning in joint venture with multinational corporations .we discuss technology transfer and the technological learning's process in joint venture with multinational corporations. In the end, we bring forward some suggestions to solute the problem existing.
