The business enterprise strategy has been paid attention to by each nation in recent years,and has obtained a swift and violent development. The developmental strategy of Business enterprise is to have a long-term and an overall plan to the business enterprise development in the future.The core of developmental strategy is competition. The main function is to decide what industry the business enterprise wants to conduct in, and how to make the use of its resources, so that it can acquire higher profits in the industry than average level. It mainly includes three parts: the first is strategic analysis; the second is the establishment of the strategic decision; and the third is the implementation process management of strategic decision.The Tsingtao SF real estate corporation has been developing strong continuously in the competition since 2000 registration established, becoming the group leader of real estate industry in the Jimo county,a well-known brand of real estate industryin Qingdao City. But,since 2003 the national began its macrocontrol implementation, the exterior surroundings have change very greatly. Its developmental strategy must to be summarized and a new to be studied.There are 5 sections in the full artical. Chapter 1 is basic theories. Includes the theory of strategic management and real estate developing & management theories. Which are the foundation of thesis research. Then, chapter 2 sets out from the process of real estate industry in our country, analyse the exterior management surroundings of SF real estate company in detail. Mainly including: The industry analysis, macroscopic surroundings analysis in Tsingtao city, the housing market analysis of Qingdao City, the trend estimate of real estate market in Tsingtao City and competition structure analysis of real estate industry in the JImo county.Chapter 3 is the analysis for the internal resources condition of SF corporation, among them the organization structure, personnel's character, the ability of finance resources usage, corporate culture, land resources ability of conservation and obtaining, the sale ability and so on. At chapter 4, the developmental strategy are analyzed and decided. Firstly, analyse the corporate opportunities and threats in existence, conclude its proper developmental strategies; Then combine above summary of developmental strategy, carry on advantages and weaknesses analysis to the corporate internal resources, conclude the management strategies for corresponding. According to above research result, Chapter 5 put forward a concrete implementation projection about the developmental strateies, and explain the process control about the implementation of the strategies. This thesis takes the development of SF corporation as background, occupies a lot of related data as foundation, with the present strategic theories for guide, take the current related policy measure in our country as basis, make the use of PEST analysis method, five forces model, resources methods, SWOT analysis successively etc. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combine together, trying to provide one more objective and maneuverable developmental strategy for the SF corporation .
