Research On Development Strategy Of JS Real Estate Company Based On Core Competence

This paper takes enterprise competition strategy of Shaanxi JS Real Estate Company as the research object, based on collating the concept of corporate strategy, principle of competitive strategy and other theory of strategy implementation, in-depth analysis was carried out on the corporate organizational structure, land resources, human resources, financial resources, management ability and competitiveness through Porter five models combined with the real estate industry analysis and operating performance of JS, then concludes the defects of JS company development. Aiming at the defects, this paper establishes a company's core competitiveness evaluation index system and comes up with the objective of JS's core competitiveness by conducting a SWOT analysis of JS Real Estate Company. In view of all above analysis, the thesis discusses enterprise strategy benchmarking on basis of principles and procedures of strategy. Besides, combined with SPACE matrix, the enterprise competition strategy and development direction are determined which contribute to formulating the strategic target implementation plan and getting related countermeasures and suggestions.The related theories, research methods and relevant conclusions of this paper has certain reference for real estate to make company strategy.
