Designing and Construction of the organizational structure of multinational companies always change adaptively with the socio-economic and scientific and technological development. Multinational companies networks from the parent company and not just a simple subsidiaries affiliates and subsidiary companies formed between the internal networks, also extend to a local commercial network through a subsidiary company to achieve the external network.Based on a large number of related references on the basis of the documentation, using the basic theory of economics and management science, this thesis analyzes the following aspects of multinational company network. First, in reference to foreign scholars'descriptions on concept and characteristics of multinational company network in different perspectives, the author gives the definition and characteristics of the network of multinational companies. Multinational company network is that of information technology as the foundation, the parent company of core assets from the joint specialization. Sharing a common process control and other elements constitute collective goals through active node in the network connection, to acquire some long-term competitive advantages multinational organizational structure, by multinational companies from the internal network and external networks are intertwined. Secondly, the globalization of multinational companies and industry analysis of the external environment for multinational companies to provide a realistic basis for the formation of networks; and the use of transaction cost theory in economics, and enterprise resource theory and the theory of core competence in management, defines the multinational company network formation theory. Then, through the structure evolution, a detailed description of the operating mechanism of internal and external networks for multinational companies, discusses on the internal network and external networks for multinational corporations in the long-term competitive advantage. Borrow the case of ABB and Japanese auto manufacturers and multinational conglomerates as auxiliary exposition.Based on the above research of multinational companies networks and network operating experiences from developed countries multinational companies, combine with our "bringing in" and "going out" strategy to the outside world. Analysis of local enterprises in China after China entered into the multinational companies have the possibility of the network of transnational corporations, necessity and constraints, and proceeded to put forward countermeasures; Meanwhile, gives recommendations to Chinese multinational companies in how to achieve global strategy in the process of global operations through international networks.
