With the advent of globally economic, Human resource management is playing a more and more important role in the modern enterprises. In human resource management, the performance managing is the key. While in the performance managing, the performance appraisal is the most important which plays a decisive role in realizing the goal of the business strategy. How do establish a set of performance management system of enterprises by utilizing the theory, method of performance management and combining the modern information network technology in order to increase the human resource management level and, further, the market competitiveness, which is the direction of study in this paper.。Now, more and more enterprises know the importance of the performance appraisal and start to put it into practice. But it has little effect because the managers misunderstand it and they don't know how to operate it. That is to say, in our country the performance appraisal is still in a low level. So it is urgent to study the performance appraisal in enterprises.This thesis carried out positive facts research by taking JP enterprises, based on the thorough research and a vast amount of reference material, it makes a detailed analysis and research on performance appraisal system of JP enterprises employee. At first the thesis states the background of choosing the topic and the meaning of studying it. Then it summarized the related domestic and international articles. Then the thesis introduces performance appraisal status quo of JP enterprises and indicates the questions reflected by performance appraisal. The thesis analyses the existed questions and finds the reason. Through the unity of theory and practice, the thesis put forward a series of proposals on performance appraisal improvement for JP enterprises, which absorbs some available results. The method of employees for opinion and expert appraisal in the thesis has fairly practical value. At the same time, this thesis theoretically discusses performance appraisal of JP enterprises and concludes practiced experiences and draws some important conclusion, which have practical significance.
