Investment environment means the whole outer factors affecting the action of real estate investment. Every real estate investment can't be isolated from the natural and cultural environment and in fact it has intimate interaction with environment factors. To some degree, the factors of investment environment play crucial role in real estate investment. So the real estate investors must appraise thoroughly the social environment, political environment, economical environment and infrastructure condition of the chosen site, thus avoiding risk and improving economical efficiency.After analyzing the background and sense of real estate investment environment, this paper introduces the study situation in and out home and points out the existing problems. Then through analyzing the factors affecting real estate investment environment, this paper sets up the scientific index system of appraisal.Because of the factors'complication and diversity of real estate investment environment, there must be some kind correlation between them. So this paper takes advantage of Rough Set to eliminate the correlation. By this way, the index system as well as the appraisal process is simplified.In order to quantify the qualitative factors, this paper applies the unascertained number theory to tackle this problem, thus realizing the organic connection of quantitative and qualitative ways. This method not only avoids the subjective of some experts, but also reflects the real psychology condition of experts in the process of appraisal. So this method will make the result more reasonable, scientific.At last, this paper makes use of unascertained theory to do the comprehensive appraisal, and use radar graph to identify the result vividly. Based on the appraisal result of each factor, this paper puts forward relevant measurement.
