The well development of agriculture plays a very important role in keeping china social and economic steady. It also is central essential factor to make sure our country keeps a steady speed.The export of agricultural product not only can increase peasants'income, optimize agricultural structure, drive the development of agriculture, manufacture industry and service industry, make a lot of employment position, and has profound significance for keeping social steady. The thesis combining logic reasoning and statistic analysis, historical and realistic analysis, economic and political analysis, have a study on the anti-dumping of china's agricultural products export.On the background of frequent appearances of international friction and dispute, this paper analyze deeply the anti-dumping, do a theatrical research on agricultural products dumping, anti-dumping ,anti-dumping charge, find the economic basis of two contradiction: agricultural products dumping and anti-dumping, agricultural products anti-dumping charge and non-charge. Taking consideration of global anti-dumping situation, it first analyzes the current situation of agricultural products export of china, the situation, character and the reason of anti-dumping, and then analyzes two typical case of winning a lawsuit when meeting anti-dumping. Finally, on the basis of above researches, the thesis gives the strategic choice to deal with agricultural products anti-dumping.
