A Study Of Construction Claim Decision Support System

Claim is a main profit-earning method for the constructors. Valid claim has to be supported by enough and convincing evidences, so strong decision is very necessary for the construction claim.This paper first analyzes-the mechanism of claim and puts forward the concept of construction claim matrix on the mechanism, establishes case-matching model and risk judgement model for construction claim and establishes the different calculating models of progress and cost claim. Progress claim model includes progress-delay fuzzy-network calculating model and proportioned calculating model; Cost claim model includes normal cost claim calculating model, site overhead claim calculating model and general office overhead claim calculating model. At last this paper has established the construction claim decision support system on the base of theory of construction claim decision elementarily and programmed to realize basic function.
