Research On The Strategies Of Contractor's Claim Based On Evolutionary Game

In the industry of construction of our country,claim events happen frequently.Claim is not only related to the interests of construction enterprises,but also concerns the healthy development of construction industry.This thesis studies the claim strategy from the perspective of the construction unit,and abstracts the claim problem into the process of the game between construction unit and construction unit.Using evolutionary game theory,through the establishment of both sides of the game proceeds matrix,the construction of the calculation and construction strategy choice tendency of replicated dynamic equation,the map evolution phase,observed in different cases each strategy trend direction,so as to determine the optimal claim strategies.Considering the actual claim construction unit,after consultation with the construction unit construction units of construction claim compensation ratio,the construction unit in the process of litigation after winning the probability of successful lawsuit entered the stage of litigation,the construction unit of the comprehensive cost as the construction unit and construction unit after entering the proceedings on the basis of the parameters such as the comprehensive cost of respectively analyzed the construction units negotiate the claim,consider the construction unit commitment to the future interest litigation but not tough attitude,construction unit and construction unit litigation and tough four common cases of evolutionary game model of the claim.Evolutionary game,construction claims with the use of this thesis will make up for past complete information dynamic game and incomplete information dynamic game theory and bayesian game theory prerequisite for behavior is too idealistic,contribute to the construction unit in claims decision-making to provide beneficial reference,is not only beneficial to the reasonable cost control,but also to be adapted to the current domestic construction management model.
