In recent years, the contradiction of demolition cause by the urban construction and rehabilitation has already become one of the most unstable factors in our society. The key to solve this problem is not only to change the method but to dissect reason of the contradictory thoroughly. Past papers used to pay their attention on how to improve the system norm of demolition, which explained the cause for dispute of the demolition to some extent and proposed some methods to solve the problem. But, in the whole, the research often follow with interest the policy strongly, it is hard to explain the actual action logic of "main interests body" essentially.The paper regards the household moved with their house to be dismantled as research subject, for the purpose to study theirs' migration Social cost. In the view of Population geographic migration and Social cost theory and regard the population characteristics as a clue to dissect the migration Social cost with difference resident. Then use the social indicators quantitatate the issue and construct the frame of migration social cost. Prove with real example analysis and data, and look for the synthetic indicators which represent all information exists in the composition of migration social cost, therefore explain the meaning of result and propose methods to weaken migration social cost, so as to solve the demolition problem and alleviate the contradictory of demolition.The thesis consists of following four chapters:Chapter One: The theme and background of this study. Mainly introduce the concept of Population geographic migration Social cost theory, study theme and meaning, as well as the current research situation of urban house demolition and social cost.Chapter Two: The theoretical foundation. Introduce the basic content and application of Geographic migration theory in Demography and Social cost theory in Economics.Chapter Three: Demonstrate and analyze with real example to social cost of the household moved with their house to be dismantled. Quantitate and analyze the migration social cost with Correlate method, with the result that to study the main element that influences the migration social cost mostly.Chapter Four: Draw the synthetic indicators with the factor analysis from result. In the light of explain the paper result, and demonstrate the meaning of policy and value. Furthermore give some suggests for solving negative effects of migration, alleviate the contradictory of demolition and weaken the migration social cost.
