Study On The Urban Wetland Recreation Space

Urban wetland can raise the ecological environment and the natural landscape of a city and bring about a better living circumstance for citizens. In view of the rapid urbanization in China, to blend nature into city is significant in 'ecological city' planning and urban sustainable development.Taking city leisure space as entry point, this thesis explores the rational use and protection of urban wetland, and, step further, offers directions for urban wetlands leisure space programming and designs. This thesis is divided into 5 parts:1) Gave an introduction concerning about the background and meaning of the selection. And analyzed the existing domestic and foreign research results on urban wetland and leisure space.2) Introduced the definitions of urban wetland and leisure space, described the significance arising from the development of urban wetland and leisure space.3) Systematically analyzed leisure wetland in city, tentatively brought about analyses on elements, macroscopical hiberarchy, forms and features of urban wetland leisure space, and initially constructed the theoretical system of it.4) Based on part 3, presented the basic approach of urban wetland leisure space planning, which is the key part of this thesis.5) In the instance of Qianzi Lake Yellow River Wetland in Guide county, Qinghai Province, went on an empirical analysis towards urban wetland leisure space.
