| From introduce the developing history and the product of the TAIYUAN lapis corporation, the article summarized the situation of lapis industry both international and domestic China, then explored the developing direction of the lapis industry in China. Then the author analyzed the strength,worse,opportunity,threaten of the TAIYUAN lapis corporation using the method of SWOT.Analyzed the environment of external and the circumstance of the internal in TAIYUAN lapis corporation, the author got the conclusion for corporation. That is, to control the lapis resource not from China but also from outside of China; improving technology innovation, increasing the resource efficiency, reducing the pollution for society; set up a strong brand to get much high tack value of the product. |
