The management and operation of the Corporation refers to corporation stratagem, structure and culture, manufacturing resource, fund and cost, technology and product exploitation, production plan and control. Moreover, it is divided into many levels, like stratagem, tactics, implement and so on. Due to the length of the article and the limit of the knowledge scope, the author doesn't outspread to reach every aspect of the dissertation. One of the reason is the springboard of this dissertation is to solve the current problem in the corporation; instead of making a large and wide diagnosis. In the meanwhile, we will pay great attention to discuss the obvious malpractice in the present management model. The analysis of this article focuses on the operation & stratagem layout of the corporation, the adjustment of the organization framework, the reformer of the operation, the transform of the financial system and the labor resource management and so on; expecting the interrelated discussion will play a reference role in the management process of the corporation leaders.At the beginning of this article, there's relatively systematic description of the current management and operation status in Beijing Zhong'An Equipment Installation engineering company (abbrev. Zhong'An Company). Being specializing in intelligent building automatic integration and engineering equipment installation, Zhong'An is a civilian owned company. It has been developing rapidly since it sets up, especially the fast overspread on the operation scope and asset scale in resent years. With the fast development of the company, the supervisors gradually realize that, the company begins to have a range of management problem, and face a development bottleneck. The bottleneck is resulted from the management of the company itself, instead of from the outer factors. Exactly speaking, the current management and operation model has restricted the faster development of the company. The governors need to make some new breakthroughs, in order to get more power of evolution.The second part of this passage mainly analyze Zhong'An's current strategic layout, organization structure, reformer of the operation, transform of the financial system & the labor resource management; and make comparatively deeper discussion about the present management & operation model, by combing the world-wide and domestic related theory and research in this field. From the analysis, we can see that: during the fast development processing, the enterprise also has some careless omissions and management problem. Moreover, there is some lag signs for the operation and management model. If they are not improved or changed on time, these problems will influence the company's forwarding steps more and more obviously.At the end of the passage, I combine the above company analysis and what I have learned in the collecting and studying of the corporation management and operation. And I put forward some personal opinions and suggestions to the Zhong'An transform of the management and operation model, from the aspects of organization framework, the reformer of the operation, the labor resource management, the shape of the corporation culture and the financial management system. By carrying out these transforms, I hope parts of the corporations can use them for reference, in order to get healthier and smoother development, and to solve the problems that they may meet in the management and operation.
