| Liujiaxia Hydropower Station is a large skeleton hydropower station in the Northwest. There are over 1500 employees in the Station, in which about 700 for overhaul. The overhaul is based by the traditional mode from 1950s to 1960s. The Station has own professional for various technic and logistic work, which is complete for types of work, thus the typical situation comes into being: "large and full". For being seasoned with the need of the state power system reform, a company for overhaul was established in 2002. It owns about 300 employees, in which there are 40 managers and backbone who comes from the main operation. The general mode of the Company is independently contracting in projects to install and overhaul hydropower units. After being operated by the mode, many problems had appeared. The company depends on the Station from distributing employees to using equipments. Inosculation and separation of old and new system is still a lengthy course. All of these demands decision-makers and all employees of the Company to keep on emancipating minds, innovating boldly and changing conception to manage independently, implement its own business accounting and assume sole responsibility for its profits or losses.
