| According to the technical characteristics of the nuclear power plant, it needs regular shutdown to refueling, repairing and testing during the refueling, to ensure the safe operation under a fuel cycle. In the implementation process of the overhaul plan in D NPP, due to the lack of manpower, equipment emergencies and spare parts shortage, temporary overhaul items changes have occurred, plan adjustment brings uncertainties affecting to the unit safety status, increasing the power plant maintenance costs and leading to economic interests.This paper investigates the D NPP overhaul planning and implementation of the status, including pre-preparation of overhaul, source of overhaul items, overhaul plan making, implementation and control, finding the following problems in the overhaul of D NPP:(1) tension in special operations personnel; (2) spare parts management is not perfect, does not meet the demand of spare parts in overhaul; (3)excessive maintenance and testing result in damage to the equipment with high probability. Aiming at the above problems, this paper conducted in-depth analysis, finding out the following direct reasons:(1) lack of risk analysis in human resources and human management and, lack of prior evaluation; (2) lack of scientific management tools in spare parts management; (3) lack of scientific and reasonable tools in the reliability of the equipment. These direct reasons can be attributed to the lack of a risk assessment tool means, resulting in the above aspects of risk analysis.In this paper, in order to get the goal, by the research of advanced management experience of foreign counterparts and the concept of risk management in US commercial nuclear power plant for many years using PSA, we design the overall framework of the D NPP in overhaul plan temporarily change. During this process, the author researches a large amount of literature, especially a series of guidance documents and management guidelines issued by the US NRC after the accident at Three Mile Island, and some of the application of PSA in US commercial NPP were studied. Through the related research, PSA method is used as a tool based on statistics and probability theory, which provides a more reasonable approach to the management of equipment reliability, human being management and so on.Through the above foreign good experience and research, combined with the actual situation of D NPP from the human resources and management, maintenance strategy, spare parts management aspects of the optimization design, and puts forward some opinions on the relevant security resources. In the optimization of the program development process, PSA method is introduced into the D nuclear power plant overhaul plan management process in this paper, designing models through the statistical analysis of relevant data and results. parting of the model for data validation. the implementation process of the project was planned in this paper. |
