Research On Intelligent Substation Operation And Overhaul Management Model

State Grid Corporation of China requires to comprehensively build a strong intelligent grid.In order to achieve this goal,the related technologies such as intelligent switch,photoelectric current and voltage transformer,running equipment online status detection,substation operation and operation training simulation,and computer high-speed network technology have developed more mature.And the intelligent substation has also complied with the time request,quickly became the development focus of intelligent grid substation field.The intelligent substation operation,maintenance and management problems have come along,and drawn a high degree of attention of both at home and abroad.This paper will have an in-depth discussion on the issue of the intelligent substation operation and overhaul management model.This paper first analyzes the basic operation and management mode of intelligent substation from the aspects of production operation management index and equipment state statistical management index,discusses the six processes of intelligent state maintenance,analyzes the data acquisition from equipment state,the evaluation of the equipment operation,the evaluation of the operational risk,the development and implementation of the maintenance scheduling,and the assessment of the maintenance effect,and points out the shortcomings of the basic management mode of the operation and maintenance of the intelligent substation.Secondly,this paper discusses the feasibility of integration scheme of intelligent substation operation and inspection in detail,analyzes the advantages of integration on time cost,human resources and transportation expenses,and studies the typical practice of integrated management mode on the aspects of humanized emotional guidance,education and training,system security,the incentives,duty,inspection,and defect eliminating of operation and maintenance,and centralized maintenance,etc,and provides theoretical basis for the program implementation of the intelligent substation integrated management mode.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the advantages of integrated management mode on time cost,human resources and transportation expenses,and studies the concrete implementation plan of integrated operation of intelligent substation,that is,according to the four stages of preparation,integration,deepening and improvement,gradually promotes the integration of intelligent substation operation and inspection,and ultimately realizes the business integration of operation and maintenance of intelligent substation.Finally,taking the Hongjing intelligent substation as an example,this paper analyzes the application of centralized maintenance mode of Hongjing,and the economic and social benefits of the integrated management mode of operation and inspection.The paper also analyzes the operation and maintenance of intelligent substation and further development of integrated inspection and operation work.
