However, in the development process faced with the government’s municipal construction lags behind, the project surrounding facilities are not in place, the existing part of the product external competition is fierce and so on. How to effectively solve the difficulties faced by the development of hydraulic and pneumatic industrial project, the development of scientific planning and implementation strategy is an urgent problem to be solved in Henan HT company.The collected on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, with project management as the theoretical basis, draw lessons from the successful practice of industrial projects on the development of and systematically studied Henan HT hydraulic gas dynamic industrial project planning and implementation strategy.
