Study On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Anhui Recycling Economy

Since 20th century, the problem of resource scarcity has become increasingly serious. To solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental pollution, the traditional economic development patterns have to be changed and new ones have to be set up. Recycling economy emerged as the time requires and has been regarded as the best means to solve the long-term problem of environment and development and to realize the harmony between man and nature.Anhui recycling economy development confront with a lot of problems such as the large consumption of resource utilization, the huge gap of supply and demand, environmental pollution etc. what leads to this mainly lie in the lagging system construction, the problem of environmental criterion, the awareness of government, enterprises and the public, the lack of supporting technology system etc. Despite of the above-mentioned challenges, Anhui recycling economy meanwhile are faced with opportunities. Externally, the transformation of foreign economy development provides chances for us. Internally, the existing condition and situation Anhui recycling economy also bring us great opportunities.From the above analysis, we come up with the following countermeasures and suggestions: Take the experience of developed countries for reference, define the guidance and goal and fundamental principles, set down concrete methods to promote recycling economy: (1) implement "small recycling" well and set up recycling economy enterprises, laying a micro-foundation for recycling economy. (2) implement "medium recycling", construct ecological zone and set a good demonstration.(3)Promote large recycling: establish environment-friendly industry system and make efforts to realize recycling society; (1) constitute legal system for the development of recycling economy. (2) establish the economy and policy system. (3) establish and improve the technological system for recycling economy. (4) promote the organizational leadership (5) establish and promote propagation and educational activities.
