Research On The Sucessful-Degree Model Of Municipal Construction Projects' Post-Evaluation

Many municipal construction projects are key projects included in the government programs.These projects were funded by the government and in the charge of the specialized agencies. Most of the projects put into use after the completion of the works only on the audit and accepted by the municipal government. Few of the projects were studied in depth. It is necessary for municipal construction projects to make active post-evaluation. It is an important prerequisite to improve the methods of post-evaluation for the development of municipal construction projects'post-evaluation in view of the characteristics of municipal projects.The thesis first discuses the need for municipal construction project post-evaluation is not only a phased evaluation and the scientific qualitative conclusions. So the thesis buildes the indexedes of the degree of success according to municipal construction projects'post-evaluation and use fuzzy math theory to the success evaluation methods. This improves the degree of success evaluation methods of post-evaluation. At the same time, the thesis makes the further AHP to determine the authority of indexes. At last,it takes Wuhan Nnanniwan Elevated Bridge Post-evaluaton as an example. In addition ,the thesis buildes MIS system to improve the effectiveness of post-evaluation and resolves data collection problems.This thesis focuses on urgent problems of municipal construction project post-evaluation.It set up the success indexes and evaluation model .It also has the advantage of the AHP,fuzzy method and success index method。Additionally,it buildes MIS system to improve the effectiveness of post-evaluation .The research makes the municipal construction project post-evaluation better conduct.
