Study On The Project Management Ability Evaluation And Being Applied Of Agent-construction Company

Agent-construction systemacts as an important projects management mode applied to the projects invested by our country government,aiming at solving the problems that lack of professionalism,poor management performance,and lack of effective risk prevention mechanism existed in the projects invested by our country government.Agent-construction systemselects the professional construction unitinstead of the owner is responsible for the construction of the project management and organize the implementation of work by the means bidding or directly entrusting.Therefore,project managementability of the agent-construction unit becomes the important factors that affect the government investment project.This article put forward to evaluate project managementability of agent-construction unit based on the analysis of current implementation situation and the problems existed in the construction market.This article establish fuzzy evaluation model of agent-construction unit project managementability applying analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method given the nature of the agent-construction unit and its function in government investment projects,combined with the theories of project management ability,and targeted with the process of assessmentscientific,objective,comprehensive and reasonable.Finally,the paper demonstrates the applicability of the agent-construction unit project management capability evaluation model by specific case research,and shows the operation and calculating process of the evaluation model.The article gives the advice about the application of evaluation results and makes outlook on this kind of research,and provides exploratory method to fully play the role of agent-construction system in government investment projects.
