This article has mainly studied the relation between the structural evolution of Chinese automobile industry and the adjustments in enterprise strategies with the purpose of optimizing the structural evolution of Chinese automobile industry at the microscopic stratification level. Unifying qualitative & quantitative methods, industry researches & illustrative case analysis as well as fundamental researches & literature analysis, I finally deduced the microscopic mechanism for the structural evolution of Chinese automobile industry.At first, the article described the initiating factors of the evolution phenomenon in industrial structures, typical events in different stages and results with phenomenon analytic methods. Then I analyzed the microscopic mechanism behind the evolution phenomenon of industrial structure with the theory of eight kinds of economic subjects. After that, it was confirmed that the structural evolution of the whole vehicle industry was the consequence of interaction among the eight economical subjects by the way of the multiple non-linear regression method. Based on this result, I went on with the research on the correlation between structural evolution of industry and relation structure of economical subjects, followed by the analysis on how enterprises obtained all kinds of resources and abilities through different relation structures. I used the resource based theory, resource dependence theory and the strategy network theory to discuss the impact of organizational resource abilities and the relation structures on the adjustments of enterprise strategies. On the next step, I summarized all the theories discussed above and constructed a conformity model which included external environment, resources & abilities as well as enterprise strategies. Besides, I analyzed two kinds of illustrative cases thoroughly with this model and carried out a comparative analysis on their development paths, which deepened the earlier research conclusions.Finally, I proposed some feasible suggestions for optimizing the structure of Chinese automobile industry and solving the crucial problems that restricted the development of the whole vehicle enterprises according to the results of those fundamental research and the illustrative case analysis, At the same time, those theoretical results concluded from this article has provided with theoretical instructions on the resources accumulation and conformity as well as the strategic adjustments for the whole vehicle enterprises on one hand. On the other hand, it also enriched fundamental research achievements on competitions under the dynamic competitive environment.
