Research On Risk Management And Control Strategy In Communication Engineering Project Of W Company

With the rapid development of communication engineering,for the current market there are a variety of communication projects,most of which are involved in a wide range,the pursuit of the goal is relatively large,and therefore more need for multi-disciplinary cooperation and the Cooperation in facilities.Compared to the huge scale of construction and the increasingly updated technical level,the communication engineering itself has a high degree of instability,at the same time the project itself,low risk tolerance.And the implementation of risk management objectives still exist only in reducing costs and other links;mobile communications engineering risk management in the main part of the risk factors and losses.The risk management process will involve risk identification and other aspects,which is the basis for monitoring the risk system can be established.This paper uses the method of case analysis,document method,Analytic Hierarchy Process,theory and practice to study the risk management of communication project,and takes the communication project of W company as the research case,and makes a concrete analysis of engineering practice data.Firstly,this paper summarizes the background and significance of this research,the research trends at home and abroad,and then briefly introduces the communication engineering project and its risk factors on the basis of the theory of risk management of communication engineering projects.According to the risk factors and communication of W communication project A variety of conditions in the project to build a complete risk management framework.First,to determine the risk of communication engineering projects,and put forward risk factors;second,for the communication project project risk for further analysis and evaluation;third,for the identified risks and assessment and analysis of the results to develop the appropriate risk Coping with planning and monitoring mechanisms;and fourth,to propose measures and ways to address risks based on existing effective programs and mechanisms.The purpose of this paper is to identify and predict risk risks for potential risks prior to the implementation of W's communications projects and to avoid damage to the company's interests by using avoidance and transfer methods.
