Equipment Department 2nd is a production department, responsible for equipment installation construction of engineering projects.Companies engaged in communication engineering construction are very suitable for project management mode. However, due to the restrictions of external environment and the internal management system, Equipment Department 2nd has not established a project management system that consistent with the theory of modern project management. Competition in communications Construction services is becoming increasingly, profit margins is lower and lower, the owners's requirements on the progress, quality, and service level become higher and higher.The original project management model has been inadequate.
